Continuous cooking is supported by sealed burners and a recessed black enamel surface that helps contain spills.
The 30-inch oven offers a 4.32 cu. ft. capacity with a combined bake and broil output of 26,000 BTU. An internal convection fan supports even heat circulation for baking and roasting. The insulated oven door features a triple-layer glass window to support heat retention and visibility during cooking.
